Foundation Cap:
• Sill sealer
• Double 2" x 6" sill, kiln dried SPF on top of pressure treated
• Ice and water shield as required
• 2" x 10" kiln dried SPF joists, 16" centers with metal bridging
• Double or triple 2" x 10" rim joist on foundation sill
• Joist hangers
• 3/4" "Advantech" sub floor panels
• Adhesive for the "Advantech" panels
• Main girder as required
• Lally columns as required
• 2" x 8" EWP kiln dried log skirting
• Cellar stair material using 2" x 12" kiln dried SPF stringers

Log Package:
• 15 courses kiln dried 8" x 8" EWP logs, integrated drip edge
• Custom milled, pre-cut mortise and tenon corners
• Precut notches for splines
• 10" “Olylog” screws
• 12" log hogs where needed
• All necessary log splines
• All foam gasket material
• Log home sealing caulk for construction

Gable End Dormers:
• 2" x 6" kiln dried SPF framing lumber
• 1/2" CDX plywood sheathing
• House wrap
• Kiln dried EWP 2" x 8" log siding with integrated drip edge
• EWP corner boards and trim material

First Floor Ceiling & Second Floor Flooring:
• Milled Douglas Fir post material
• Douglas Fir carrying beams (usually 10" x 12")
• 8" x 8" kiln dried EWP ceiling joists
• 2" x 6" tongue and groove v-joint decking material
• Adhesive for the installation of the decking material
• All plates and lags as needed

Interior Wall Framing:
• 2" x 4" kiln dried SPF lumber
• 2" x 6" kiln dried SPF lumber for plumbing walls
• Wall stiffeners with lag bolts where required

Exterior Windows and Doors:
• “Hurd” or “Andersen 400” windows with screens
• “Hurd” or “Andersen 400” Doors
• “Therma-Tru” steel or fiberglass exterior doors
• Shaped glass gables, argon filled insulated, low-E, 400 Series
• Kiln dried EWP trim for the exterior of all windows and doors

Intending to be all the materials to make house “watertight.” We do not include nails, fasteners, stains or exterior caulking.
Many options are available to our listed “Standard Log Home Packages” for example:
• 6" x 12" Douglas Fir roof system with 5" of insulation and white pine T&G V-groove paneling
• 8" x 8" Purlin timber roof system with 5" of insulation and white pine T&G V-groove paneling
• Standing seam steel roof
• Gable end logs instead of conventional framing with log siding
• Many different patterns of kiln dried White Pine paneling for inside walls and ceilings
• Interior finish and trim packages
• Flooring…..etc…...
